Tranesma Plus

TRANESMA PLUS TABLET contains Tranexamic Acid which belongs to the group of medicines called Antifibrinolytics. It is used in the prevention and treatment of bleeding in conditions such as heavy menstrual bleeding in women, bleeding inside the digestive system (Ex. inflammatory bowel disease), bleeding from the nose, blood in the urine (not caused by the kidney (renal parenchyma)), control bleeding after dental extraction in patients with coagulopathies and after cervix surgery.

Tranesma Plus Tablet is a medicine that controls bleeding. It helps your blood clot and is used in various conditions such as surgeries, heavy bleeding during periods, nosebleeds, tooth removal, bleeding after delivery and in patients with bleeding disorders like haemophilia. Tradesman Plus Tablet also enhances the healing process due to the presence of an antioxidant in it. Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you.

If you or anyone else accidentally takes too much of TRANESMA PLUS TABLET, contact your doctor immediately or visit a nearby hospital immediately. Overdosage symptoms of TRANESMA PLUS TABLET are headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abnormal blood pressure, impaired vision, abnormal mental status, skin rashes, dizziness and fits or seizures.

Tranexamic Acid (250mg) + Pine bark extract (50mg)

Take TRANESMA PLUS TABLET as directed by your physician. Swallow the medicine as a whole and do not crush or chew the medicine. Do not take this medicine before your period has started as it will not work properly. Your doctor will decide the correct dose, duration and frequency of TRANESMA PLUS TABLET for you depending upon age, weight and disease conditions.
