Ketoconazole (2% w/v) D-Panthenol Ichthyol Pale

Use Keraglo AD Shampoo as advised by your physician. It is for external use only. Apply enough shampoo on wet hair and scalp then gently massage it to work up a good lather. Leave it for 5 minutes and then rinse using lukewarm water and dry normally. Use every three days for up to 4 weeks and then once a week for maintenance. Avoid contact with eyes.
