Canixa IMOGRAF Forte

Imograf Forte Ointment is used to treat eczema (atopic dermatitis). It works by suppressing the activity of certain immune cells that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) of the skin. This relieves itching and improves rashes in atopic dermatitis. Atopic dermatitis is an allergic skin condition that makes your skin itchy, red, dry and irritated. It is characterized by small, raised bumps on the skin with pus accompanied by severe skin itching, redness and inflammation.

In Prevention of organ rejection in transplant patients. Imograf Forte Ointment belongs to a group of medicines known as immunosuppressants. Organ rejection happens when your immune system treats the new organ as an invader and attacks it. This medicine weakens your immune response (which usually fights infection) and reduces the chance of your body attacking the transplanted organ. It is used in combination with other medicines to make it much more likely that your transplant operation will be successful.

Do not use IMOGRAF FORTE OINTMENT for more than the stipulated duration recommended by your doctor. Regularly visit your doctor (once a year or as instructed) for reviewing your condition even if your condition remains under control.

Tacrolimus 0.1 %

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and gently massage the ointment.
